PLEASE READ this message till the end before you set an appointment with us.

Appointment ONLY available for :
1- Grooming from Monday to Saturday
2- Neutering (male & female) Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday
3- Dental Procedure Wednesday ONLY
4- No APPOINTMENT on Thursday
5- Neutering & Dental Procedure subject to the Vets availability.

Please TAKE NOTE;

For Surgery & Dental Procedure

1. All cats need to be send to Lynn Veterinary Clinic before 12.00 noon.
2. If NOT you might need to reschedule your appointment depends on availability.
3. Our surgery hour is between 12 noon till 2.30 pm weekdays and 3.00pm to 5.30pm on Saturday, and we allocate 5 surgeries per day (exclude emergency and unplanned procedure) so we need it to be on time.
4. All cats need to be fast (NO food from midnight , NO drinks from early morning) to avoid anesthetic complication.
5. We highly recommended you to pick up your cats the next day after procedure.

For Grooming

1. All cats need to be send to Lynn Veterinary Clinic before 12.00 noon.
2. If NOT you might need to reschedule your appointment depends on availability.
3. Our grooming hours is between 12 noon till 2.30 pm weekdays and 3.00pm to 5.30pm on Saturday, and we allocate 5 cats to be grooming per day (exclude boarding cat) so we need it to be on time.
4. General examination will be perform by Vets or Vets assist before we proceed with grooming.
5. Extra charge will be applied in cases such as matted hair in large amount, ear infection, anesthetic for aggressive cat.
   * Full body shave will be under surgery NOT grooming

Collection / Pick-up

You can collect your cat at 5.30pm on the same day.
But for cats who undergo surgery, we highly suggest to be pick up on the next day. This is because the cats will still groggy due to the anesthetic effect.

Payment

On admission you need to place minimum RM50 per cat as deposit, and pay the balance when you collect your cats.
We receive cash , credit card and debit card.

Once decide your date your cats appointment by two ways;

Once you submit your booking, it will be process within 24-48 working hours, if you did not receive any feedback kindly contact us at 0172395247.
If the session is available, we will send email or sms notification to confirm your appointment. If the session is TAKEN, our staff will contact you to arrange your appointment.
